Spinach, Mushroom, Vegetarian Refried Beans, and Pepperjack Daiya Cheese Quesadilla with home made guacamole.
I have been really liking the taste of pepperjack daiya cheese more than the other flavors. Usually I dont like a lot of fake cheese.. but this stuff is delicious!
In the oven, is chocolate chip mint fudge brownies :)
