Surrealist

Surrealist photoshoot today :)

Going to be some new and awesome stuff.

I have a few ideas and one in particular that I may do for my senior thesis.

My idea for senior thesis is this:

Seasons. Have a oval photograph - same spot - different seasons.
Since I will be doing it in fall and presenting it in November of next year, I will have time to use the same model, same position, different season.

Right now it looks fall-ish out. There is no snow - so I may have to do the shoot in February or so.

But Im getting ideas today.

Another idea I am doing today is good vs evil.

Same girl - different hairstyles and personas in one photograph.

I have to edit a lot - change the color of her dress.. but it's going to be awesome.

I'm taking my photography to a new level, because improvement is key - and so is originality.

I don't want to be like everyone who just picks up a camera.

I have a degree... dang it. ;)

This is what I do when I don't have massive amounts of school and homework.

Conceptual and Surreal

I literally have learned so many techniques from my classes that it excites me to do photography like this... and by this I mean almost all completely edited. The only thing that matters when I capture the image is that the exposure is perfect, and that the highlights I want to be accented, are indeed accented.

I love learning.
