The ones above are some that I liked, but didn't fall in love with - except for her laughing - that one is cute.

I am becoming stronger and stronger in skills for photography and photoshop... mostly photoshop.

Here is a before and after - notice not only the backdrop - but the added makeup and removal of dark eyes. That is HUGE with me. I am such a stickler when it comes to dark eyes. I ALWAYS edit them - in everything. Because people don't deserve to look tired, ever.

Secret to it all? Layers. Lots and lots of layers.
I never use stamp tools, or do any kind of destructing editing.

You know those old women, who have everything farm animal in their house? And maybe it's because they live on a farm, or maybe it's because they just happen to like the look of pig and cow things scattered around their house.

Well.. I am that lady, but in a twenty-one year old's body.

Day Thirteen

I dont really want to show my face today. After I woke up I did homework, had to clean my apartment and now I am going to work out. Inventory later.. joy.

Here is something Crazy!

I had bad lighting on this image .. so I had to fix it. This is what I have been learning about in all of my classes... and I finally know how to do most of it now. This is a before and after shot. It's amazing what you can do when you know your stuff. This is the exact same image.

First I cropped it to be the same size, yet without my cat. I then decided that I didnt like some of the shadows in my face so I created a few new layers to fix it. I hardly ever use clone stamping or paintbrushes any more. After that, I fixed the backdrop and created a black and white layer to get rid of the pink tones in my shirt. I masked most of my image to fit what I wanted.

After that I added a few new layers to create different tones and contrast. I also slimmed my face . :  D

Walla.

If people take my ideas, I do get a little sad.

But at the same time.. extremely flattered.

Just wish there was credit given.

Maternity and Home studios

Today I had the honor of photographing in a late maternity shoot. By late, I mean she is due in a few days. I built my own studio and we did some shots there- as you saw.
